Breathe better, connect deeper, start a yoga practice and learn how to heal with sound at Surya Sound’s BEAM & Sound Camp!
Half-day camps are the perfect afternoon journey experience to maximize making deeper connections with yourself and others this summer. This is the first of two summer camp sessions which are available to work with your family’s vacation or work schedules. By the end of the camp session, your camper will have learned research based, scientifically backed tools to help reduce anxiety, increase athletic performance, improve focus and presence, build emotional intelligence, as well as how to relax and rejuvenate with the healing power of sound. Each camper will receive a BEAM Sound Camp T-shirt with sign-up. Limited spaces available!
Campers will also participate in traditional games, arts and crafts, and more throughout the week to enhance their social experience and build community with other campers. After their last day, campers will have the opportunity to show their new skills at a private evening friends & family sound bath event. Campers will receive 1 ticket each to give to a friend or family member and more tickets will be available for purchase at a special reduced rate of $22. Camp sessions are offered Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Drop off as early as 12:45 PM and pick up as late as 4:15 PM.

No prior experience needed! This immersive sound certification course is one of the most comprehensive programs in the Sacramento area.
Learn the sacred, ancient art of sound healing and discover or deepen your practice and offerings. In this course, you we will cover the science, theory, and skills needed to bring and intentional, balanced, loving, safe and supportive sound healing session for groups and individual sessions.
This hands-on training will give you an opportunity to play with, experiment, and gain experience not just with the various instruments you can use to offer a sound bath, but the practice and experience of guiding your guests in grounding, breath, and community.

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening, meditative experience where guests are “bathed” in sound waves. these waves are produced with intention by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself to invite gently yet powerful healing and restoration to nurture your heart, mind, and body.
