Full Moon Gathering and Birthday Sound bath 5:00-8:00 pm (doors open at 4:45pm)

Gather with old friends and new for the Harvest Moon that ends with a sound bath (approximately 7pm)

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening, meditative experience where guests are “bathed” in sound waves. these waves are produced with intention by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself to invite gently yet powerful healing and restoration to nurture your heart, mind, and body.

FREE event, $44 suggested donation ~100% proceeds go towards Placer SPCA, exact Sacramento area location and event info emailed upon email or message, within 48 hours of the event.

Please practice ahimsa (do no harm) and self-care and stay home if you are not feeling well, have a fever or cough.

This is an outdoor event, please wear comfortable clothes so you can relax. There is a pool in case anyone would like to swim! We recommend that you wear layers , bring a yoga mat, water, blankets, cushions, eye masks, whatever you need to be your most comfortable.

Light snacks and water provided, please BYO Charcuterie Board if you’d like more to munch on.
