Meet Your Guide

Kelly found yoga at the age of 17, needing a two unit class to fulfill a full time college freshmen schedule. She stepped in and out of a regular practice over several years, coming back to it when she craved the slower breath and strong, yet mindful movement.  But it wasn’t until the birth and death of her son in 2015, that she realized yoga had found her.

Yoga has taught her through breath, meditation, and self-study, that you can heal, find clarity & peace, and above all, just feel really damn good.

Meditation in all it’s forms has been what keeps Kelly grounded. Kelly began teaching meditation to her yoga students at every class. Giving practical and easy ways for them to access this ancient method to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm and stable state. She believes there is joy and strength in simplicity and grace even in practicality.

Kelly also teaches mindfulness to children, drawing on her extensive years of experience with young people as a public school educator in the classroom. Mindfulness is beneficial to learn at any age, especially now. Young students learn how to connect with their breath and the present moment, as well as how to connect with themselves and their inner truth. In turn, students have strengthened their empathic muscle, learning how to be calm and kind to themselves and others.

If you’re craving the connection to yourself, God, Self, the One, or to others…If you’re looking for an anchor in a world that often moves too fast…If you’re looking for a place to heal, laugh, cry, sing - or even a place to escape - all while doing something good for your body, mind and soul…If you’re looking for something and you don’t even know what it is you’re looking for…come breathe, meditate, smile, OM and raise your vibrations with Kelly at her sound baths.

What Is A Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening, meditative experience where guests are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced with intention by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself to invite gently yet powerful healing and restoration to nurture your heart, mind, and body.

~focus on love and allow the body to reach a deep and real state of relaxation. that is where the healing begins~
